Customer Service Representative

The Bank is looking for a Customer Service driven individual. As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include providing professional, prompt and exceptional customer service, in addition to promoting and cross-selling the Bank's products and services. Other responsibilities include executing customer transactions, and completing efficient daily settlements, as well as other clerical duties. Some Saturday work is required.

Mortgage Loan Officer

As our Mortgage Loan Officer, you will develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, home buyers, real estate brokers and municipal housing authorities; attend broker's open houses; organize, complete and submit accurate application files for processing; conduct various educational seminars; interview and qualify potential borrowers; and advise the Bank of changes in the real estate market. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for generating qualified mortgage business by actively pursuing opportunities through a well-developed network in the Bank's lending area and surrounding communities to support the strategic goals of the Bank.

Universal Teller

As our Universal Teller, you will assist new and existing customers with opening accounts, as well as processing transfers and changes for current accounts. You will also share information on bank products and services with customers and handle inquiries, requests, and complaints both in person and over the phone.

Compliance QC Specialist

As our Compliance Specialist, you will collaborate with management and internal audit to achieve compliance with laws and regulations and secondary market guidelines and rules. You will provide guidance and support to management and staff with respect to the implementation and updating of programs, policies, procedures, practices and computer systems to ensure compliance with existing and new regulatory requirements with heavy emphasis on lending laws and regulations.
