Conventional Fixed-Rate Mortgages

Choose a fixed term at a fixed rate and enjoy a regular monthly payment with no surprises. Our great rates and shorter term options mean you can pay off your home and be mortgage-free before you know it!

Jumbo Mortgages

If you want to borrow more than $453,100, then a Jumbo mortgage is what you need. Choose a longer term to accommodate the larger loan amount. Jumbo loan lending is limited to locations within 20 miles of the Main Office in Winchester.

Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARM)

Our adjustable rate programs allow you to start with a fixed rate for a certain number of years, after which the rate will adjust on an annual basis. Payments during the introductory period are based on the introductory rate; subsequent payments are based on the fully-indexed rate and may adjust annually.

Bridge Loans

A loan for people looking to buy their next home before their current home has sold. Use the equity in your existing home to get cash for a down payment on a new home. The extended term of the loan provides a lot of extra time to make the sale. And if you choose to get your new home mortgage from Winchester Savings Bank, you won’t even have to pay any points on your bridge loan.
