Conforming or Jumbo Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARM)

Our adjustable rate programs allow you to start with a fixed rate for a certain number of years, after which the rate will adjust on an annual basis. Payments during the introductory period are based on the introductory rate; subsequent payments are based on the fully-indexed rate and may adjust annually.

Construction-to-Permanent Loan

We offer a Construction-to-Permanent loan for all of your construction needs from building a brand new home or needing major rehab work on your existing home. No need to obtain two separate loans. We make special concessions for you when purchasing your first home. These benefits include no points, no appraisal fee**, no credit report fee**, a loan term of 30 years, generous qualifying ratios, and low down payment requirements.

**Must be owner-occupied purchase. Borrower must pay an Appraisal Fee and a Credit Report Fee which will be refunded if the loan goes to closing.  If there is no loan closing, the funds will be applied as payment for that fee.
