Fraud Prevention

Positive Pay is a powerful, proactive fraud prevention tool offered to our business customers. Fraud is at an all-time high, however utilizing positive pay can help protect your business against the devastating effects of account fraud.  Winchester Savings Bank offers Positive Pay services for Check and/or ACH payments.   

 The service is easily accessed through our online banking system, it compares payments you have made against those presented for payment.  If there is a discrepancy you are in complete control of paying or returning the item in question.  

Landlord Escrow Services 

This service allows Landlords and Property Managers to easily track multiple security deposits by property and to receive detailed monthly reporting.  It eliminates the need to open separate accounts for each tenant, which can often be a time-consuming practice.  One master account will provide you with a holistic view of all security deposits held at the Bank.
