In general, we will not contact you and ask for personal or account information; however, if you contact the Bank for help with your account, we will use some personal and/or account information to verify your identity.

Please note that Winchester Savings Bank uses a third-party to monitor customer debit card activity and alert customers about possible fraudulent transactions. In that case, you may receive a text or call asking if you have recently used your debit card. You are asked only for a “yes” or “no” response, and no other information will be requested.
