We are making it our mission to ensure interruptions are kept to a minimum during our system upgrade. However, some services will be limited or not available for a short period of time. Please take note of the important dates and times on each tab below.

Branch Lobbies, Drive-thru Windows, and Customer Service X   All locations will close at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4 and re-open with normal hours on Monday, Oct. 7. Any transactions normally made in person on a Saturday should be completed by 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4.
Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)   X All ATMs will be available ONLY for withdrawals after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4. You will not be able to perform balance inquiries, make deposits, or transfer funds until Monday, Oct. 7. Complete any time-sensitive transactions by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4.
Debit Cards   X Your WSB Visa Debit Card will function as usual for Point-of-Sale (POS) and cash transactions. Use at ATMs will be limited as referenced above.  
Online Banking X  

Online Banking will not be accessible after 3:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4. You will not be able to log in to check your balances, transfer funds, or perform transactions until Monday, Oct. 7 at 10:00 a.m.

NOTE: As of Monday, Oct. 7 at 10:00 a.m., Online Banking Customer Support is available by calling (888) 415-4097.

Review and complete any necessary Online Banking transactions prior to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4.

Current Online Banking customers should visit our website (winchestersavings.com) to pre-register for our new Online Banking platform between Tuesday, Sep. 3 and Wednesday, Oct. 2.

Intuit Quicken® or QuickBooks™ Users

X   We will be offering Web Connect and Direct Connect for Intuit’s Quicken® or QuickBooks™. As of Monday, Oct. 7, all users will need to refresh their login credentials before using the product. Please contact Online Banking Customer Support at (888) 415-4097 if you need any assistance.
Online Bill Pay and
Popmoney
X   Bill Pay will not be available to set up new payments after 9:00 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 4 and throughout upgrade weekend. Previously-scheduled bill payments will process as usual. All payees and scheduled payments that are set up before Friday, Oct. 4 will transfer to our new Online Bill Pay system, which will be available on Tuesday, Oct. 8.
Transfer Money To/From Another Financial Institution (FI) Thru Bill Pay X   If you have used Online Bill Pay to set up transfers between your deposit account at WSB and your deposit account at another financial institution, those transfers scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 1 and after WILL NOT OCCUR. Make these transactions in person no later than 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4. You will need to set up your transfers again in our new Online Banking system the week of Monday, Oct. 7.

Mobile Banking and
Mobile Deposit

X   Our apps for iPhone and Android will not be available after 3:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4. You will not be able to perform any transactions until Monday, Oct 7 at 10:00 a.m. For iPhone (iOS) users, you will need to update our mobile banking app. For Android (Google) users, you will need to delete the current app and download our new app. These will be available on Monday, Oct. 7.
eStatements X    You will not be able to access eStatements after 3:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4. We will notify you when it becomes available. Once it is available, you will have access to 18 months of statement history. You are encouraged to download and save any eStatements you wish to keep - especially those older than 18 months - prior to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4.
Telephone Banking X   Our Telephone Banking system will not be available after 3:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4. Access will resume on Monday, Oct. 7 at 10:00 a.m. Your new Telephone Banking PIN will be the last 4 digits of your social security number (SSN). For businesses, it will be the last 5 digits of the owner’s SSN.
WSB Loan Payments from Other Financial Institutions   X Loan payments received during the upgrade will be posted on the date received. Automatic payments will be processed on Monday, Oct. 7. In some cases, your payment may withdraw from your other bank account later than expected. We will notify you if you will be affected by this situation.

Online Banking & Bill Pay

Online Banking

The biggest changes will be significant enhancements to Online Banking. To make the transition as smooth as possible, please note the following:

Online Banking will not be accessible after 3:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4.

  • You will not be able to log in to check your balances, transfer funds, or perform transactions.
  • Please visit our Online Banking pre-registration site between Sep. 3 and Oct. 2 to pre-register for our new Online Banking platform.
  • Our new Online Banking platform will be available on Monday, Oct. 7 at 10:00 a.m.
  • As of Monday, Oct. 7 at 10:00 a.m., Online Banking Customer Support is available by calling (888) 415-4097.

Intuit Quicken or Quickbooks Users

If you have used Online Bill Pay to set up transfers between your deposit account at WSB and your deposit account at another financial institution, those transfers scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 1 and after WILL NOT OCCUR.

  • Make these transactions in person no later than 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4.
  • You will need to set up your transfers again in our new Online Banking system the week of Monday, Oct. 7.
  • It may take a day or two to complete setup of your transfers, so please allow plenty of time before needing to move funds.

Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit

Access Your Funds

Need to access your funds during our upgrade weekend?
Here’s how:

  • Use your debit card.
  • Withdraw cash at ATMs.
  • Use checks.

Loan Customers

Paying a WSB Loan with a WSB Deposit Account

  • If payments are submitted in person, by mail, or using Bill Pay, they will be posted on the date received by the Bank.
  • Automatic payments will not be affected by the System Upgrade.

Paying a WSB Loan with a non-WSB Deposit Account

  • If payments are submitted in person, by mail, or using Bill Pay, they will be posted on the date received by the Bank.
  • Automatic payments will process on October 7th. In some cases, your payment may withdraw from your non-WSB deposit account later than expected. If you will be affected by this, we will contact you.

Other Services

ATMs

All ATMs will be available ONLY for withdrawals after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4.

  • You will not be able to perform balance inquiries, make deposits, or transfer funds until Monday, Oct. 7.
  • Complete any time-sensitive transactions by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4.
  • Your WSB Visa Check Card will function as usual for Point-of-Sale (POS) and cash transactions.

Telephone Banking

Safe Deposit Boxes

You will not be able to access your safe deposit box at any location on Saturday, Oct. 5.
